Venture Board Recruitment – Insights into process and requirements for skills and experiences

Recruiting non-executive directors for a VC-backed business is a huge challenge. It is not just about identifying and filling a skills and experience gap – the right NED must have a growth mindset, understand the inherent issues brought by the venture capital incentives and control structures, and be able to quickly make a strategic contribution.

Speaking with Maria Josife, Senior Partner at Erevena, a specialist executive, board and strategic search firm, we will cover many aspects of venture board recruitment, with an opportunity to ask questions.
