After selecting either Explorer, Pathfinder, or Practitioner Membership, it’s as simple as deciding whether you’d like to opt for monthly or annual payment and then how you’d like to pay (we accept Credit or Debit Card, Google Pay or Direct Debit). We use secure payment processors, Stripe and GoCardless.

Once your first payment has been processed, we’ll send you your unique Transpire Connect username and login information, and your Transpire Member journey will begin!

If your commitments mean you’ll only miss a few of the live sessions, don’t worry, the recordings and summaries of all the live sessions will be available to you on the online course.

Of course, attending live sessions is a great way to get to know your cohort and develop your skills in a dynamic way, so if you won’t be able to attend at least half of them why not sign-up for our First Steps course instead? A low-commitment, high-impact first step towards a Non-Executive Director career that fits around your schedule – engaging, accessible and easy-to-follow, complete with 1:1 coaching to help you clarify your next steps. It can serve as a standalone course, but it also covers the first steps of the Stepping Stones Group and One to One Programmes, allowing you to seamlessly move onto either of these programmes.

We run Stepping Stones group programmes every Winter (February to April), Spring (May to July), and Autumn (October to December)* – you can register your interest to join a future cohort with us via the form at the bottom of this page, or directly email at admin@transpireglobal.com

Coming soon: Stepping Stones Online-Only, a self-paced, guided online learning experience that will allow you to explore our CPD-accredited Stepping Stones programme in your own time, swapping the commitment of live sessions for the freedom of interactive resources.

Members can attend our in-person Transpire Member Networking Drinks every quarter, hosted in central London.

Transpire Global is, as the name suggests, an international network, making frequent in-person events unviable. However, we sometimes share the details of in-person events hosted by our Trusted Partners and associates that we think might interest our Members.

No, and any other organisation that says they will should be treated with caution.

Transpire Global can provide you with guidance, contacts, and a network of peers to support you on your journey, but we cannot offer you a guaranteed place on a Board. We equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to seek out and secure a Board role for yourself.

We’re also not just for aspiring NEDs – we can help you develop the skills you need to be a trustee, or for consultancy roles. And if you’re not sure what type of role you want to aim for? We can help you with that too!

You can use Transpire Global’s High Performing NED’s Toolkit® to objectively benchmark shortlisted candidates when recruiting a new NED or Trustee to your Board – find out more here.

Or why not host one of our Stepping Stones Programme alumni on a placement? Your organisation will receive the benefit of working with a potential Non- Executive Director or Trustee for three months, at no cost or long-term commitment – find out more here.

The Board Career Plan is a series of questions which aims to help you reflect on your experience to date and articulate aspirations for the future.

Our High Performing NED’s Toolkit® is a purpose-built diagnostic tool, designed with input from leading NEDs, to build self-awareness of key skills and competencies for the board room. The Toolkit is based on a proficiency framework of twelve competencies grouped into three clusters. Each competency describes a set of behaviours that a high-performing NED should exhibit in the board room and beyond. The skills and knowledge required to exhibit competent behaviour are also defined in the framework. The results are captured in an easy-to-use report.

Yes, our courses and the majority of our live events are accredited by the CPD Certification Service. For example, our Stepping Stones Group Programme is certified as 20 hours of structured CPD.

Both the Stepping Stones Group programme and the First Steps offer 90mins of coaching, and the Stepping Stones One to One programme offers 7 hours of coaching for a more structured, in-depth experience.

We also offer packages of one to one coaching tailored to you. Book a free consultation call with Tony Stubbs to discuss your options.

A choice of coach will be offered depending on which of our accredited coaches match your specific requirements and which have current availability. You can view a short summary of our coaches profiles here.

A diagnostic tool based on a competency framework developed specifically for Transpire, and focusing on the behaviors exhibited by top performing Board Members. Your Transpire Coach discusses the outputs from this benchmarking exercise with you, together with your Board Career Plan, to agree on a personal development pathway.
